Connecticut Ski Club Membership

The Connecticut Ski Council (CSC) is made up of 42 regional clubs with skiers & snowboarders of all ages. Several representatives and volunteers are chosen from each club and meet once a month to promote intra-club activities such as the Monday Night Racing Series at Mt. Southington, the Fall Snow Ball dance, Winter Carnival weekend event, and a weeklong winter ski trip.

The Connecticut Ski Council is a member of the National Ski Council Federation and the National Ski Area Association which entitle members to substantial discounts on and off the slopes. They also promote the Amateur Ski Instructors of America (ASIA) which provides professional level ski and snowboard instructor training to all club members. The programs’ instructors are the same as used by PSIA.

Through a special partnership with many northeast ski resorts, the CSC coordinates the Bulk Lift Ticket program which allows members to pre purchase lift tickets at very substantial savings. Council Awareness Days are another way to enjoy specially discounted rates on specific dates at individual resorts. Click here for these benefits and more are available on the council’s website.
